Create up to 2 projects with 3 members per project, use board and list views, and keep task conversations, subtasks and attachments together. Free includes 5 AI credits per month for Word brief drafts, 100 MB storage, 5 MB per file and 7 days of activity history. Client portal and approvals start with Solo. Pasted-email import requires Pro or Business.
Per workspace, billed monthly in USD: Free $0, Solo $1.99, Pro $3.99 and Business $9.99. Solo includes every Free allowance: 2 projects, 3 members per project with the usual roles, 100 MB storage, 5 MB files, 5 monthly AI credits for Word drafts and 7-day activity history, plus client portal and approvals. Pro supports 10 projects with 10 members per project. Business allows unlimited projects and members. Client guests count toward each project’s member limit. Storage and AI allowances differ by plan.
Clients can sign in using an email sign-in link, or use a password if they prefer. Invited clients see only the projects and tasks shared with them. In their portal, they can submit requests, comment and respond to estimates and delivery approvals. Client access is included in Solo, Pro and Business.
Upload a Word (.docx) brief or meeting notes. TaskOH drafts tasks from the document, including embedded screenshots; you review, edit or remove the drafts before adding them to your project. On Pro and Business, you can also paste an email or notes to create tasks directly in Inbox.
AI credits cover TaskOH’s hosted Word and pasted-email imports. Free and Solo each include 5 per month, Pro 25 and Business 100. Word imports are available on every plan; pasted-email imports require Pro or Business. Each import uses 1 credit per started 10,000 text characters (minimum 1), plus 2 credits per embedded image. A short brief with 2 screenshots uses 5 credits.
Credits are shared by the project’s workspace and reset each calendar month (UTC); unused credits do not roll over. Connecting your own assistant through MCP or the API does not use these hosted AI credits.
Yes. Mark tasks as in scope or out of scope and record planned hours and fees. Send an estimate for a client decision, then request a separate approval when the work is delivered. Decisions stay in the task history. TaskOH records scope and agreements; it does not generate invoices or collect client payments.
No. Registration creates a Free workspace without a credit card. When you need the client portal, approvals or higher limits, choose Solo, Pro or Business from Billing in the app. There is no automatic paid upgrade.
